ABOUT
The Story of Sewakwatho
“Once they are discharged from in-patient rehabilitation treatment, a newly recovering person can feel lost, alone and without choices. All too often a newly sober person is left to fend for themselves and the results can be negative. I wanted to create a place where community members in recovery from drugs and alcohol could go who want to remain clean and sober. A place where they would feel safe, welcomed, supported and a sense of belonging as they move along on their journey of sobriety.”
